We imagine new ways to a more inclusive and resilient economic reality

Our north star is to build a more participatory, inclusive economy – one in which communities have agency over their futures.

We invest in civic infrastructure to do that. We’ve begun this work in Stockton, CA.

Our work is grounded in project incubation – partnering with organizations to support and invest in their innovative visions for a more inclusive economy.

Their efforts will surface new ideas, and their successes will seed shared prosperity in communities that have been left behind.

Infrastructure is not just bridges and roads. It’s new training for workers, climate -resilient cities and locally owned community assets.

We are building for that transition.

Investing in economic resilience initiatives will ensure that the economic transition is just.

To do this, we work at the intersection of three pillars to demonstrate a more inclusive and resilient economy - across workforce, community wealth and climate.

This is how we strive to build economic resilience for a world in transition.

Architecting a workforce system that generates high-quality, local jobs

Building community wealth, to center community priorities rooted in asset ownership

Catalyzing a green economy, at intersection of climate & economic development
